SOA targets are showing in pending state in OEM grid 11g

Hi,

We have SOA servers running in Production environment ,and they are monitored through OEM GRID version 11g, recently we have been observing that the Targets running on SOA servers which includes SOA composites, Application Deployment etc. goes either in unknown state or pending state unexpectedly.
Although if we check the composites from the SOA em console it shows up and running.
We investigated in the Agent logs to find the roort cause behind the targets going in unknown or pending state but couldn't find any specific reason.

Since, these are production servers we are running at a big risk where the targets are not being monitered properly, it is only through the increase unkonwn target count we get to know that the SOA composites have gone in unknown state .
