Credit Memos from OM not seen in Receivables

Hi,

I am having an issue with RMAs. These RMAs are done in OM and the credit memo generated is not seen in receivables. The Customer account statement still contains the invoice which the credit memo is su[pposed to cancel. Kindly assist
