EBS Database migration to ODA X3-2

We are planning to migrate EBS (12.1.3) database from :- Source: 2-Node RAC 11.1.0.7 on OEL 5 x64bit.
- Target: ODA X3-2

Questions and concerns:
1) Is this doable and certified?
2) What is the recommended approach for migration?
3) Will there be Database upgrade (since ODA installs 11.2.0.3 software)? what is the recommended approach?
4) How it will support EBS Database (one-off patches will be required to be applied during migration and upgrade)?
