How to clean failed install of OBI 11 g ?

hello,
M   installation of OBI 11 g ( BIP Publisher) has failed at 93%  because  'No space left on device'  /tmp ( was at 100% during the install ) :-(
I need your help to indicate me how  to clean(remove) this failed  install ?
