Converting Oracle Reports Layout to XML Publisher RTF template (Oracle EBS)

Hi,

I came to know that there are conversion utilities available to convert Oracle Reports to XML Publihser.

As per my understanding, the utility generates a RTF template apart from other XML/PLSQL packages(Which needs to be compiled in DB). 

My question is , can we use the generated template and the existing Oracle reports(Changing the corresponding Reports concurrent program output to XML) to be registered as Template and Data Model in EBS.
