Datafile missing

Hi All,

I want know about some recovery scenarios and there answers....can anybosy pls explain me the answers for the below questions:

1) if we have full rman backup of a database till 12:00am and at 8pm night a datafile which was created after that full backup is deleted accidently, so what can we do post that?(the database is in archive mode)

2)if we loose system datafile accidently as per the above condition of backup status...in that case what will happen and what can we do?

Please let me know one more thing that will database remain running up and runing if the datafile is missing accidently or will DB goes down?
