Grant a role/privilege to an ID to modify package bodies/procedures/table definitions etc... to spe

 Hi,

We have one requirement to grant a role/privilege to an ID  to modify package bodies/procedures/table definitions etc... to specific schema s (not all the schemas and not just it's own schema).  Please let me know if this is possible or not. If possible, how to grant it.
