Standby databases AutoConfig is exiting with status 2.

In oracle EBS when switch over the database from PRIMARY site to STANDBY site, and standby databases AutoConfig is exiting with status 2.So we could not start the EBS application  in standby site(New Primary).

So guide us,  How to resolve it.
