UNABLE TO UPDATE APPROVER USING MASS UPDATE OF REQUISITIONS

Hi all
I have an issue on iProcurement.

I have more less about 30 Purchase Requisitions in status "In Process", the approver not working any more on our company, then, We need all this purchase requisitions are approved by new person.

I have executed "MASS UPDATE OF REQUISITIONS" but this is not working, is not updating the approver for the 30 purchase requisitions.

We are on 12.1.3

Some suggestion for resolve this issue?
