Ops Center 12c, multiple instnaces of same server

I am working on adding assets to put under ops center control and wach server I add somehow seems to inherit the first one in the list. in the attached image, pr1bw - pr12bw are the assets i want ot add. As I add each one, pr1bw is under each server in the list and it is preventing me from using Ops Center.
