Pricing Rules- Total Order Discount/Surcharge

Hi,

We are trying to setup up a Price Rule that will give a flat amount discount on the order total. I created a Price Rule with Price Action Type as : Total Order Discount/Surcharge

Please see screenshot as to what I have specified on the price Rule Condition and Formulas tab.

I have also created an Arbitration plan for this price rule and while creating a sales order, I am selecting the arbitration plan and Exclusive pricing Id. But still the total Order discount does not appear.

Am I missing something?
