APPS.PA_INV_ON_ACCOUNT_CM invalid after patch 14162290

Hi,
Apps 12.1.3

We applied 14162290 (Patchset R12.PJ_PF.B.delta.5) as per note id 954704.1
But as per note Doc ID 1373117.1, we need to apply all prerequisite patches when applying patch 12925123 to resolve invalid PA_INV_ON_ACCOUNT_CM

Since patch 14162290 includes or supersede 12925123, & we didnt find any pre/post req patches in readme of 14162290, we didnt apply the pre/post req patches for patch 12925123.
