Supplier site number error for HZ:Generate Party Site Number with Y

I am getting an error when i created a new supplier site.

I configured the Profile HZ:Generate Party Site Number with Y at the responsiblity level to generate the Supplier Site automatically.

I am able to enter the supplier site information ,but the supplier site Number is mandatory and i can't press the continue button without a value.

If i am entering a temporary value I was able to press the continue button but in the next page i am getting and error "you configured HZ:Generate Party Site Number with Y or with no value
