CM/AR Unable to Update Update Bank Account in Cash Management

 Hi Experts,

I am unable to update update accounts tab in Bank accounts form in Cash management. Currently we are using this account only for receivables, now we wanted to use it for payables aswell. 

So when I tried to select update accounts radio button the update account tab getting grade out.

When I tried this in DEV Environment it’s working as expected, but not working from PROD. User management roles/grants access is same for PROD and DEV

AP: Not available.

AR: Created one batch receipts, in that one of the receipt state is remitted rest all  having cleared state. Does it causing for issue?
