FSG report when saved merging with old data

In GL FSG report manager the user is seleting all the parameters at one point it askes the user to select the storage location by default the user is storing this data in one folder every month. And when he submits the report, it gives a warning that a report name is already existing in the folder do you want to merge Yes or No. What should the user select to have the file with new data? As of now he is getting last run data for his selection.
