Any Chance of Pointing 12c Agents to a Different OMS Without Deinstall/Reinstall?

Hello:
The last time I checked MOS, there was no method to point a 12c agent to a different 12c OMS.  We could do this before EM 12c, but no longer.  The document that says 12c agents cannot be moved to a new OMS is no longer available to me on MOS; the link fails.

Is there any chance at all that Oracle will provide this much needed feature?  I have 50 12.1.0.2 agents that I would like to relocate to a new OMS but really do not want to remove the agent software everywhere and redeploy again.
