Where are the account and tranmission information were setup for Nacha File?

We are setting up new bank account and electronic payment method. The test Nacha file was picking up incorrect information as for accounts and routing information. Does anyone know where are those information stored at? I have uploaded a test file and I tried to identify where the information was entered for the items in boxes.
