Removing Diagnostic and Tuning Pack - 10.2.0.4

Hi ,

we have inherited a 10g S.E (10.2.0.4) database on which think Diagnostic and Tuning pack are invoked and we want to disable the diagnostic and tuning pack/ feature

Would downloading and running the dbmsnoawr.plb as mentioned in doc 436386.1 address this? Since this is RAC database, do we need to run this on both the instances?
