 Troubleshooting Assistants are knowledge resources created to help our customers find a resolution to an issue by guiding them from the problem, through the possible scenarios and symptoms, to the proposed solution(s), within a structured framework.

The EX Common Errors Assistant [ Note 1534310.2 ] covers 5 scenarios of common errors:

1. Unique Constraint
2. First Operand of . Is Null
3. Page Data is Inconsistent with Database
4. SetID Not Found for Name
5. Data Being Added Conflicts with Existing

Here is a real-life scenario example:

1. Customer has a problem related to a ‘common error’ Unique Constraint [e.g. Expenses job abended with a Unique Constraint error]
2. Customer selects Search Helper Scenario: Unique Constraint
