Patch 16265105 : fails on PONTCOUUPD.sql

Hi 

We are not able to create a quote from Sourcing for which we tried to apply p16265105_R12.PON.B_R12_GENERIC but gt below error:

Assigned: file PONTCOUUPD.sql on worker 1 for product pon username PON.
FAILED: file PONTCOUUPD.sql on worker 1 for product pon username PON.
Deferred: file PONTCOUUPD.sql on worker 1 for product pon username PON. (Deferment number 1 for this job)
Assigned: file PONTCOUUPD.sql on worker 1 for product pon username PON.
FAILED: file PONTCOUUPD.sql on worker 1 for product pon username PON.
