How to change the columns order

Hello ther,

We would like to know if it is possible (and if yes how) to change the columns order of the result Windows in a search in Contact center (see attachment).

When we search for a Customer in Contact center usig the zip code, a new Windows appears with the result of the search. Is it possible to change the columns order of this Windows ?
