PLSQL Fatal Error, in-process job terminated with error,

Hi,

Can I exactly find the root cause of PLSQL Fatal error , how can I debug this issue i have been stuck here and unable to diagnose the exact problem from where this error is occurring, I’ve tried many things but all my efforts ended in smoke L
