RMAN-08137:WARNING: archived log not deleted, needed for standby or upstream capture process archived log file
error is reported by RMAN, there is no standby database and CONFIGURE ARCHIVELOG DELETION POLICY TO NONE;

select CAPTURE_NAME, STARTUP_TIME, STATE from v$streams_capture;

no rows selected
