Risk of drop oracle default users

 Hi 

I was taken over some database with some default users "DBSNMP","DIP","EXFSYS","OUTLN","TSMSYS" and "APPQOSSYS" and all had been locked on database long time before;
Could I direct drop those users , or need to pre-check are there any relation with SYS/SYSTEM schema. thanks.
