How to set EBS don't send HTML SUMMARY EMAIL repeated

  When I choose receive HTML SUMMARY EMAIL  in my preference in oracle ebs, then i will receive email from system list all my open notifications. If i don't reply these notifications ,then i will receive the same email everyday.  How can i do if i wish to receive the open notification lists which just sent last day, if one day no notifications send to me, and i have others open notifacations, the next day i will not receive the email.
