hitting Bug 15901676 : E:INV:WF:CSTAVGWF CAUSING ORA-03137: TTC PROTOCOL INTERNAL ERROR : [3149] ERR

We are receiving below errors intermittently in our Oracle 11g RAC (2 node) production database :
Errors in file /opt/oracle/diag/rdbms/omnidb/OMNIDB2/trace/OMNIDB2_ora_26729.trc:
ORA-03137: TTC protocol internal error : [12333] [4] [195] [2] [] [] [] []
