Share Holder Payment against Liability

Dear,

The company get some services from the supplier and they book the invoice in payable module against supplier but company decided to sold the shares to supplier on behalf of the supplier liability.

kindly advise in detail that how I can proceed this scenario in R12 payable, receivable or through Gl and what accounts and GL entry is required.
