Why Are Burdened Cost Amounts Set To Null After Compiling Burden Schedule For Exp Itm With Base Exp

I performed the  Schedule burden, to correct the Misc Inventory transactions,  This compile has corrupted by expenditure data base,   Somehow the costs for AP and Purchasing transactions have been lost.   we lost the data for some of the AP and Purchasing transactions. Please help.
