Creating AR Invoice from Sales Quote

Hi

We have a requirement to create AR Invoice (Bill Only) from Sales Quote module in Oracle EBS. While closing the quote itself the data should be inserted to Ra_interface_lines_all

Would like to know if there is any Standard API or Workflow to acheive this
