Unable to add LUNS to Library from Server Pool

 Hello,
Please can you provide assistance if possible.

I have a number of disks in the server pool shared between two servers, I can create a new static block library by selecting disks from the server pool and when the library has been created they are present.
If I want to add new disks into this library, the "Add one or more LUNs to the library. Use Ctrl+Click and Shift+Click to select multiple LUNs" returns no disks to be added.

In the /var/cacao/instances/oem-ec/log/cacao.0  log file I receive the following error messages and have no idea on how to resolve them.
