Unable to view the "approval through workflow" for Purchase Orders

Hi,
We are facing issue where for some of the Orders we are unable to view the approval workflow. 

Navigation: Go to Purchase Order Summary screen  --> Search any order -> Tools -> View Approval through workflow 

Nothing happens after this. 

Note: We have upgraded to R12 Instance 2 months back
