Can anyone tell me how I might be able to remove Contacts (NoK, Emergency, etc.) from list returned

Trying to find the best way to control list of names returned by Duplicate Person Check functionality (R12.1.3), i.e. returned to the window list.

If possible, I'd like to restrict the returned selection list to only display person types of "Employee" or "Contingent Worker", so excluding Contacts, Dependents, etc.  Objective here is to a prevent the user selecting the wrong person AND to reduce the size of the returned list of names, which is too big at present because it returns ALL people (all person types).

Has anyone done this and, if so, are you willing to share your solution (config or customised)?  If you think this is not advisable, can you please say why.
