Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Order line has the following error in OM ''Cannot meet request date or latest acceptable date' .

The request date is 07-OCT-13. The latest acceptable date is 09-OCT-2013. Also the schedule ship date is 09-OCT-2013.

Do I update the schedule ship date/latest acceptable date?

How do I resolve this? thanks for suggestions in advance! H
