UIN Attributes - Integration RMS x SIM

Hi,

I have a question about UIN attributes ( ORSIM V13.2.5).
A new item is created in RMS (V13.2.5) and its defined values to the fields: Type UIN; UIN Label; Capture Time; and External UIN.
This information will be inserted in uin_store_item table without even having data in the attribute table UIN (uin_store_dept) or is it necessary setup the attributes before?
