Change the size of /dev/shm in RAC environment

Hi,

My RAC machines had upgrade/increase the RAM size. Therefore, we will enlarge memory_max_size.  Moreover, the size of /dev/shm has to change. Any procedure for complete all the tasks (change the size of /dev/shm and enlarge memory_max_size) without affect the RAC? Thanks!
