RO 13.4.1 nineinputslookup error

 Hi all,
We have installed RO domain version 13.4.1 on RPAS 13.4.1.7. 
After that we have set up Optimization Definition workbook parameters and run the ro_optbatch_str.ksh script.
When we open the Optimization Review workbook we get the following error:

Illegal Parse: nineinputslookup execution failed (screenshot attached).

Does anybody have any idea on how to resolve the error?
