P43081 POs Waiting for Approval

When users click on the Find buttonin P43081 it takes 20-3- seconds to load the grid. Upon recent queries in the F4209 where ASTS = 2N, we noticed this rarely returns more than 100 lines. So expected result should be around 2-3 seconds? Anyone else having this problem? Any solutions?
