after a power outage/crash, some reports started getting "The report cannot be rendered because of a

Since a power outage late last week, some custom BI Publisher (version 10.1.3.4) reports started getting "The report cannot be rendered because of an error, please contact the administrator.".  With one particular report, "PO's with spending by account", if you change the template setting from the default (RTF/HTML) to XLS/EXCEL2000, it works.  I shutdown and restarted BI Publisher and noticed these messages:[oracle@oraclep bip]$ more bi_startup.sh
/u01/app/bip/oc4j_bi/bin/oc4j -start &
[oracle@oraclep bip]$ ./bi_startup.sh
[oracle@oraclep bip]$ Starting OC4J from /u01/app/bip/oc4j_bi/j2ee/home ...
