Anybody create a 'mass' promote PX?

Hello all,
I have been asked if I can find a away to mass promote a bunch of PSR to their final complete state as a clean-up of a bunch of stuff that is not going to get action. Has anyone developed such a PX they would be willing to share as a template for me  to learn from?

Its a one-off event allegedly so dosnt need to be particularly sophisticated.
