Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. High CPU consumption when querying fnd_concurrent_requests by Status

Hi , I'm experiencing performance issues on my prioduction environment.

This is caused by the oracle agent that queries fnd_concurrent_requests by Status.

This causes are our system to hang.We have been running the same query fine on 11.2.0.1 , now we have upgraded our ebus db to 11.2.0.3 (PSU 7).

And we're now experiencing this issue.
