Differentiating a Modification Order based on Price change and technical modification

Hi Gurus,

Is there any out of the box functioanlity available in Siebel which help us to differentaite a Modifcation Order raised based on whether there has been a price change in the Order or a Technical modification?

Price change can be identified by checking the Action Code = 'Update' for charge Line Items, however if there is a technical modification on the Same Line Item, it doesnt tell you that.
