Error coming while login into Siebel with SADMIN user

Dear All
While login to siebel application we are getting this error. 

"Your password will soon expire. Please change your password from the user profile page."

Our DBA told that the SADMIN user has been set in not expiring password mode. Still we are getting this error. Please help us out.
