XLA Table

Dear all,
i want to extract data journal for receiving process (deliver). journal data is stored in XLA table (xla_ae_header, xla_ae_lines). how to link the receiving table and xla table?
i try to select data from xla table, its take a long time to finish. is there a way to make it fast?
