how to write code that the delivery opts of the a request can pass to another request that generate

how to write code that the delivery opts of the a request can pass to another request that generate in a package.

i have a package which call a program then sub program will be generated that has output, i want to write code that the progarm i submit  with delivery opts to the sub program

i use submit_request to call the program in package, is there any parameter that i can pass the delivery opts to sub program?
