Sync Customer Function Invocation Scenarios based on the Customer Billing Profile updates and Produc

Hi,

We are using OSM7.2.0.4 Version with O2A cartridges.

Integration is with AIA to interact with BRM and CRM.

Want to know in which scenarios Sync function will be invoked based on the CRM input order.

Observed behaviour is we are getting UPDATE in the Servicatino Action code. But Sync is not being invoked.

Can anyone has reason for the same and infor regarding the scearnio when sync function will get invoke.
