How to personalize iSupport Employee User Home page?

Hi

I'm configuring iSupport Employee User responsibility. I setup Default and Mandatory Content. But from that content I want to remove Find a Solution function from How Can We Help You bin.

I upload attachment so you can see what more I need to personalize. I also have to personalize Service Requests bin and Solve a problelm bin.

I can not find the way of configuring that page.
