After Up-gradation from R12.1.1 to R12.1.3, not able to pick release sale order.
Following message come in Shipping Transaction form

Message:Item PN9000(IA)(R) in Order 133510279 is not Detailed. Unexpected Error: Error in Routine WSH_USA_INV_PVT.backorder_delivery_detail, Oracle Error - -20001 ORA-20001: APP--20110: Mandatory India Localization Sub-inventory Setup not done for this Location from where shipment is made ORA-06512: at "APPS.APP_EXCEPTION", line 72 ORA-06512: at "APPS.JAI_OM_WDD_ARIUD_T1", line 606 ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'APPS.JAI_OM_WDD_ARIUD_T1' Error Message:

Kindly help me out of this issue.
