replace the hard disk

 Customer has a Exadata X2-2 1/4,  now have one disk error, so they replace it with new disk .  They tried to replace the disk with two new disks,but all failed.

1. first replacement  with the  spare disk ,but it can not recognized as a lun.

CellCLI> list physicaldisk attributes name,luns,status

         20:0            0_0     normal

         20:1            0_1     normal

         20:2            normal

        ..

They checked the log of  /var/log/oracle/diag/asm/cell/dm01cel02/trace/ms-odl.trc,and show the information:

“Adapter 0: Configure Adapter Failed

 FW error description: 

 The current operation is not allowed because the controller has data in cache for offline or missing virtual disks.
