About application exe errors, Patch 6815663 - '1OFF:6815364:11.5.10.6:11.5.10.2:VARIOUS APPLICATIONS

 After applying RUP6we encounter many errors

all of them fixed by the patch 

Patch 6815663 - '1OFF:6815364:11.5.10.6:11.5.10.2:VARIOUS APPLICATIONS EXECUTABLES GIVE ERRORS AF'

except one executable which is FAPOST.exe

still give the same error 

but at

Windows Specific-Various Applications Executables Give Errors After 11i.Atg_pf.H.Delta.6 (RUP 6) (Doc ID 550852.1)

FAPOST is not mentioned with other exe

Does this mean that the patch fix the problem with only mentioned exe

or fix the cause of the problem

As FAPOST error share the same SYMPTOMS with other and also of the type type of 'spawned'.
