R12.1 : Error while applying the patch p16200528_R12.GL.B_R12_AIX64-5L : The following Oracle Forms

Hi,
when applying the patch 16200528 on an AIX machine, all forms are generated correctly, only the forms GLXMADEFcompiles with error and in  log file we have the following message
"
All workers have quit.
Dropping FND_INSTALL_PROCESSES table...
FND_INSTALL_PROCESSES table dropped.
Dropping AD_DEFERRED_JOBS table...
AD_DEFERRED_JOBS table dropped.
The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:
gl      forms/US        GLXMADEF.fmx
"

From the adwork*.log we can see :

ERROR generating form "forms/US/GLXMADEF.fmx" from input file

Compiling package body FORMULA_PRIVATE_VHANDLER...
Compilation error on package body FORMULA_PRIVATE_VHANDLER:
PL/SQL ERROR 306 at line 4, column 3
